Youki Doubanjiang is a salty paste made from fermented broad beans, soybeans, salt, rice and various spices. Popular in Chinese dishes, this paste is made by fermenting pepper and broad beans in a chemical seasonings, with preservatives, but no additives. Enjoy with Sichuan dishes such as hot and sour soup, noodles, or just add a small amount of Doubanjiang paste to your favorite stir-fry.
