Add some Green to your favorite sushi rolls! Mamenori, or soybean paper, also referred to as Mame-nori-san, are thin wrappers used as a substitute for Nori. Apart from sushi rolls, Mamenori can also be used as a spring roll wrapper or as a dessert wrap.
