Ponzu is a citrus-based sauce commonly used in Japanese cuisine. Ponzu Is Traditionally used as a dressing for Tataki which is lightly grilled chopped meat or fish. Ponzu also serves as a dip for Nabemono such as Shabu-Shabu. In restaurants, Ponzu Is served as a dip for Sashimi and is also offered as a topping for Takoyaki.
